Sacred Sobriety does not continuously monitor comments, emails, subscriptions, or social-media messages and cannot guarantee a timely response.

Recovery experiences vary. A practice, devotional exercise, recovery resource, treatment approach, spiritual discipline, or personal decision that helped one individual may not be appropriate or effective for another.

Sacred Sobriety does not guarantee:

Sacred Sobriety is intended primarily for an adult audience.

9. Scripture Quotations and Third-Party Content

Scripture quotations may be drawn from different Bible translations or other authorized religious texts.

Each translation is subject to the copyright, quotation, attribution, and usage requirements of its publisher or rights holder.

Sacred Sobriety does not claim ownership of third-party Scripture translations, embedded videos, social-media posts, product images, quotations, or other external materials.

Your ability to reuse third-party content appearing on this website must be determined separately from your ability to reuse original Sacred Sobriety content.

10. Comments and Community Participation

When commenting or participating in website discussions, you agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly.

You may not submit content that:

• Threatens, harasses, stalks, or intimidates another person
• Promotes violence, self-harm, abuse, or illegal conduct
• Reveals another person’s private information
• Contains hateful or dehumanizing attacks

• Violates applicable law

Disagreement is permitted. Personal attacks, harassment, recovery shaming, and abusive conduct are not.

Sacred Sobriety may moderate, edit, decline, close, or remove comments at its discretion. We may also restrict participation by users who repeatedly violate these Terms or related Community Guidelines.

We are not obligated to publish or retain any comment.

11. Your Responsibility for Submitted Content

You retain ownership of original content you submit through comments or other public participation features.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• You created it or have permission to submit it
• It does not violate another person’s rights
• It is not knowingly false, unlawful, or misleading
• Its publication does not violate any obligation of confidentiality

By posting content publicly, you grant Sacred Sobriety a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, moderate, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, archive, and protect the website.

This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where copies remain in backups, archives, legal records, quotations, or previously shared materials.

Sacred Sobriety may review or moderate comments but is not responsible for every statement submitted by a visitor.

Publication of a comment does not mean that Sacred Sobriety:

Sacred Sobriety does not currently operate active donation or payment links through the website.

Payment, donation, membership, subscription, course, or digital-product features may be added in the future. Additional terms, pricing information, refund policies, or purchase conditions may apply to those features.

Any separate purchase, membership, or refund terms presented at checkout will become part of the agreement governing that transaction.

Sacred Sobriety reserves the right to modify, suspend, decline, or discontinue future products, services, memberships, or donation opportunities, subject to applicable law.
